Finding the palette that's genuinely yours, the one that makes your skin, your eyes, and your whole look click, is the expertise I've built this studio around, and it's part of every single service, not an upsell. That said, your experience doesn't start when you sit in my chair. It starts before that, with a conversation. Every visit begins with a personalized intake process I built myself, part of Beauty Tech Ops. Every client completes a personalized intake through my Beauty Tech Ops platform before their visit, at least 48 hours in advance. I learn your hair history, your goals, your coloring, and your style long before we ever meet in person. By the time you arrive, I'm not starting from scratch, I'm confirming and refining a plan I've already begun building specifically for you. That's what makes it possible to include a real color analysis and fashion consultation in every service. You leave with more than a great cut. You leave with a color palette that's actually yours, and personalized style recommendations to match. I'm also the founder of Beauty Tech Operations, and this studio is where I put that philosophy into practice myself, before I ever teach it to anyone else.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure every in-person appointment. This retainer reserves my time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule: • With 48 or more hours' notice, your retainer will transfer to your newly booked date at no additional cost. • With less than 48 hours' notice, your retainer is forfeited. This time was held exclusively for you and could not be offered to another client on short notice. No-shows: A missed appointment with no notice is treated as a same-day cancellation. Your retainer is forfeited, and the remaining balance for the service may be charged to the card on file.
